The Column Mount Bracket (CM-3650) is used in instances when you can’t drill into the deck or the slab is to deep to use a slab grabber. It attaches to an existing column (concrete or I-Beam) using [2] ratchet straps. Note: The maximum distance the column can be back from the leading edge is 12”.

The Slab Grabber (SG-1220-A) is used when working on post tension and other type decks. The Slab Grabber uses [4] Tap bolts (SL-3434), [2] 6” Armor Coated bolts (SL-3460) and [2] Hex nuts (SL-3461). The Slab Grabber can adjust from 4” to 16” decks.

Notes:
The Shouldered Eye Bolts are used with the Column Mount Bracket (CM-3650). There are [4] shouldered eye bolts, [4] washers and [4] nuts per column mount bracket. The are used to secure the bracket to a column via ratchet straps.

Notes:
The Standard Coupler is used to connect the bottom 10 foot pole to the top 10 foot pole. The coupler is inserted into each pole and attached using [2] Lox-All Pins (SL-3445).

Notes:
This 35’ exterior netting wire rope is used for attaching the exterior portion of the net between it’s corresponding poles. It has to be adjusted to the appropriate length based on the size of the net.

One end already has a thimble and the other end will need a thimble and 3 wire rope clamps to secure.

Notes:
This 125’ interior netting wire rope cable is used for attaching the net to the deck above the mounting brackets, 12” off the leading edge of the deck.

Based upon architecture layout and construction design, there are various methods for installing the interior cable. Coordinate with approved installation team before beginning work.

Notes:
Wire Rope Clamps are used to secure the loose end of the wire rope after you’ve created a closed end. A good rule of thumb is to always use a minimum of 3 wire rope clamps to secure the tail of the cable.

Shackles are used in a variety of ways. in this instance they are used to connect exterior netting wire rope to the eye nut in the end of the top pole.
